What We’re Looking For

​✔ No experience required – just a great attitude and willingness to learn!
✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ Strong work ethic & reliability – we count on our team members!
✔ Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (pool equipment can be heavy!)
✔ Basic mechanical skills (helpful but not required)
✔ Enjoys hands-on, outdoor work

What You'll Do

• Learn how to inspect, repair, and maintain swimming pools
• Perform weekly maintenance (testing/balancing chemicals, cleaning, etc.)
• Assist with pool openings & closings each season
• Keep clear, accurate service records
• Educate customers on pool operation and safety
• Be a part of a supportive team that is always focused on learning and growing in the pool industry
