4M Pools is owned and operated by lifelong Maryland resident Charlie Schindler. Charlie has over 10 years of experience in the pool industry and is a Certified Pool Operator through the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance. Charlie has been passionate about pools his entire life—starting to swim competitively at age four and continuing through college. He began his career in the pool industry as a lifeguard at the age of 16, later working professionally on pools while pursuing his degree in Mechanical Engineering at Widener University.
After earning his degree, Charlie founded 4M Pools to bring his expertise to the communities of Anne Arundel County, including Annapolis, Severna Park, Pasadena, Crownsville, Gambrills, and Millersville. As a small business, we can provide a level of attention to our customers unmatched by any of the larger companies.
